To properly enjoy paradise, pamper yourself with a luxurious multi-course dinner prepared on site by our talented chefs and served by a courteous and professional staff.  We are the premier catering outfit on St. John and St. Thomas, specializing at In-Villa Fine Dining. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the privacy of your Luxury Rental while our staff pampers you. We offer only the highest level of service and cuisine.

Please note there is a $450 minimum for all onsite chef services.

We offer a Chef’s Choice (Custom Concept) or Guest Choice Menu.  Indulge yourself with our deluxe package.

Each level includes:

  • A plated, four course meal
  • Wine Pairing – 1 bottle for every 2 guests, hand selected boutique labels
  • Staffing – Chef on-site (Server also on-site for 5+ guests)
  • Set up, clean up, and trash removal


Chef’s Choice – $185 per person

Tell us your likes and dislikes (as well as allergies and special requests) and we will design a menu to unfold before you.

This option allows for flexibility and creativity of menu, based on the freshest available ingredients at the time of your visit. When choosing this option please let us know your preferences for proteins, ethnic flavors, style of cuisine, chocoholics, etc. Premium Items are welcome, but extraordinary requests may carry a Market Price tag.
