Maho Bay Package – Food, Staff, Equipment, and Beverage

When you have a truly special event, you want the best. The Maho Bay Package is a comprehensive package that includes everything from the previous Levels, plus a full-service 3 hour open Call Bar, leaving you free to attend the party instead of attend to the details. We will handle the beverages, mixers, fruit, ice, coolers, cups, and even include the bartender! Upgrades to Top Shelf and extended hours are available, just ask.

 

Included in this package:

  • Staff (chefs and servers) on site up to 6 hours, including set up, event time, and clean up. (The amount of staff will vary with the size of your party.
  • 3 Hour Open Call bar and Bartender
  • 3 Passed or Stationary Appetizers for your cocktail hour
  • Choice of Live Action Stations or Buffet for main service
  • 1 Greens Salad

  • Mofungo: Borrowed from our Puerto Rican neighbors, this dish’s base is fried plantains with the option to add meat and seafood, finished with a spicy broth
  • Pasta station: Create your own pasta dish with a variety of toppings, sauces, and cheeses
