St. John Catering

Catering events at Norbu has become like second nature to us, so we figured it'd be a good spot to introduce some newbies to Mathayom's world. We had some new people both in the kitchen and out front when we cooked for Terumo Medical's corporate incentive group, and we're happy to say their initiation went off without a hitch.  

 

Between the golf course below, waves crashing against the cliff and the occasional tarpon rolling around at sea, the view at Norbu can't be beat. The staff at Terumo Medical was wowed by the vista from Norbu's terrace, where they enjoyed cocktail hour. Everyone enjoyed the top shelf bar provided by Norbu, and the backdrop served as the ideal place to take photos as the group watched the sunset. We passed around appetizers that kept everyone sated until dinner.
