Each of the 15 guests at this wedding reception found a favorite on the evening's Caribbean-themed menu.
We served up dinner family-style for this intimate reception, where we presented our passion fruit buerre blanc, a favorite among clients. We also prepared coconut basmati rice; stuffed chicken with spinach, ricotta and mozzarella cheese and an oven roasted cream sauce; summer squash vegetable tart with parmesan cream sauce; and roasted potatoes with garlic and rosemary. Mmm, we're getting hungry just thinking about it...
The fun thing about this evening is that everyone had a different favorite from the menu. Everything was good! The night was a huge success and a good time was had by all.
