In response to the shifting needs of our client base, we have come up with a package that we feel fills the need for those value-minded customers who wish to experience what a basic On-Site Chef Service can offer: tasty food, zero hassle, and maximizing the use of the villa surroundings.

We are proud to offer this limited yet selective menu of items that are competitive with what you would find in a restaurant setting. Choose from our list of pre-determined menus below. No mixing and matching or substitutions, please. Food restrictions based on allergies will be accommodated.

High & Low Season Minimum Rates

  • Low Season Minimum Rates for St. John (July 16- October 31)
    • On-Site Event Minimum: $525
    • Deliveries Minimum: $325
  • High Season Minimum Rates for St. John (November 1 – July 15)
    • On-Site Event Minimum: $950
    • Deliveries Minimum: $700
  • All onsite events on St. Thomas have a minimum rate of $1125 year round plus transportation fees
  • All events during the holiday period (Dec 17th – Jan 4th) carry a $1000min for on site, and $650 for delivery

This is a family style meal where all the guests enjoy the same selections. Please select 1 salad, 1 vegetable side, 1 starch side, 1 sauce, 1 entrée, and 1 dessert for the entire group.

This service includes food, chef on site (maximum 3 hours), set up, clean up and trash removal.  Chef arrives approximately 45 minutes prior to meal time. Beverage service available for an additional fee. Gratuity is discretionary or 15% auto-gratuity for all parties of 15 or more.

A Transportation Fee of no less than $90 may apply in addition to our regular rates to villas on the East End of St. John or those beyond Calabash Boom; locations on St. Thomas may have a Transportation Fee of no less than $225 for all onsite events. Reservations made less than 48 hours in advance may also be subject to a last-minute booking fee.
