If keeping it casual yet elegant is your style, consider the Trunk Bay Package, which includes the food and staff on site.

Our professionals at St. John Catering will bring everything you need to pull off a successful event, execute it, and clean it up. Having chefs on site allows us to expand the menu possibilities at this level.

Included in this package:

  • Staff (chefs and servers) on site up to 6 hours, including set up, event time, and clean up. (The amount of staff will vary with the size of your party.)
  • 3 Passed or Stationary Appetizers for your cocktail hour
  • Choice of Stations or Buffet for main service
  • 1 Greens Salad
  • 3 Vegetable Sides
  • 2 Starch Sides
  • 2 Entrees
  • 1 Dessert
  • Disposable serving trays, serving utensils, chafers & fuel, plates, napkins, and utensils

* cost does not include $350 Event Manager Fee (required), Delivery/Pickup of Equipment (based on volume distance and terrain), or 10% auto-gratuity for all parties of 15 or more.  Staff on site for up to 6 hours, additional hours available at $75/hr for each staff member.
