Celebrate in true Island Fashion by treating your guests to a Caribbean Pig Roast that can be arranged on the beach or at a villa, and give your party something to always remember!
We provide the delivery of all items including disposable dinnerware. A chef or two to help set up and break down are included in the cost. We can provide a bar, live music or any other Luxury Service you have in mind.
Pig Roast Menu
Menu includes the Roast Pig with Sauce, a Greens Salad, Choice of 2 vegetable sides, 2 starch sides, and dessert. The menu below is a sample and can be customized to your liking:
- Whole Roasted Mojo Marinated Pig with St. John Sea Salt, served with Tamarind BBQ Sauce
- Local organic spicy greens salad (arugula, tat soy, mustard greens, micro sunflower and radish greens, etc.) with shredded vegetables and a Papaya Seed Vinaigrette
- Grilled and Chilled Pesto Vegetable Salad with Zucchini, Squash, Red Onion, Red Pepper, and Eggplant garnished with fresh Parsley and Capers
- Java Booty Rubbed Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges
- Roasted Corn-Avocado-Chipotle Pasta Salad
- Cast Iron Skillet Buttermilk Cornbread with Jalapeno & Cheddar
- Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cost does not include $350 Event Manager fee, delivery and/or pickup of equipment (based on volume distance and terrain), or 15% auto-gratuity for all parties of 20 or more. Staff on site for up to 6 hours, additional hours available at $75/hr for each staff member.
