Informal Private Chef Menu

Chef’s Choice – $149 per person

Tell us your likes and dislikes (as well as allergies and special requests) and we will design a surprise menu to unfold before you the evening of your event. Chef’s Choice allows for flexibility and creativity of menu, based on the freshest available ingredients at the time of your visit. When choosing this menu, be sure to share with us your preferences for proteins, ethnic flavors, style of cuisine, chocoholics, etc. Premium Items are welcome, but extraordinary requests may carry a Market Price Tag.

One of our chefs will come to your villa, armed with just their knives and beautiful, fresh ingredients.  While we cook, peek into the kitchen for a glimpse of the magic and enjoy the aromas of fresh home cooking.  When everything is ready, the chef will serve an amazing meal on the china of the house, and present a delicious family-style dinner to you and your guests. Please note that this is a uniform menu for the entire group.  Afterwards, you relax and continue the evening while the chef tidies up and hauls out the trash.

We offer portion and pricing accommodations for little ones and can slightly alter the menu for picky eaters.  Don’t hesitate to ask us about how we can make a special meal that the entire family will enjoy.

Our extensive menus change seasonally to incorporate the freshest, local ingredients. Keep things casual by allowing us to serve your group family-style! We offer a Chef’s Choice Custom Menu.

All packages include:

  • 1 Entrée, 1 Salad, 2 Vegetable Sides, 2 Starch Sides, and 1 Dessert
  • Staffing – Chef on-site, server added for 11+ guests, 2nd server added for 18+
  • Set up, clean up, and trash removal

All menu preferences required to be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to your initial service.

*A $250 server fee will apply for parties of 11 or more, a 2nd server will be added for 18 or more*

Minimums must be met regardless of the type of package selected.

Minimum Rates

On-Site Event Minimum: $750

Delivery Minimum: $525

All onsite events on St. Thomas have a minimum rate of $1125 year round plus transportation fees

All events during the holiday period (Dec 17th – Jan 7th) weeks carry a $1000min for on site, and $700 for delivery

All menu items are subject to change based on availability.


A Transportation Fee of no less than $90 may apply in addition to our regular rates for villas on the East End of St. John or those beyond Calabash Boom; locations on St. Thomas may have a Transportation Fee of no less than $225 for all onsite events. Reservations made less than 48 hours in advance may also be subject to a last-minute booking fee.
