The Maho Bay Package is a comprehensive package that includes everything from the previous levels, a full-service 3 hour open call bar, with optional upgrades from the Live Action Station menu, leaving you free to attend the party instead of attend to the details.

We will handle the beverages, mixers, fruit, ice, coolers, cups, and even include the bartender! Upgrades to Top Shelf and extended hours are available, just ask.

  • Staff (chefs and servers) on site up to 6 hours, including set up, event time, and clean up. (The amount of staff will vary with the size of your party.

Cost does not include $350 Event Manager fee, delivery and/or pickup fee for equipment (based on volume distance and terrain), or 20% auto-gratuity for all parties of 20 or more.  Staff on site for up to 6 hours with additional hours available at $75/hr for each staff member. All on-site events on St. Thomas also have a minimum of $1125 plus transportation fees starting at $225.

STJC is not responsible for cancellations due to acts of nature, transportation difficulties, death in the family, change of plans, illness, or restrictions due to the novel coronavirus. Though all deposits are non-refundable, STJC will honor a deposit for up to one year if the guest needs to reschedule.**
