While we do provide our standardized menus as a guideline based on our most popular requests – what we really enjoy doing is flexing our creative muscles and involving the client in the developmental process. We incorporate the finest fresh ingredients from the Virgin Islands and create a menu based on your preferences.  This ensures a unique menu targeted especially for you- and one that promises a unique Virgin Islands experience.

Amazing Professional Chefs
Our on-island chefs have been perfecting their art in the some of the Caribbean’s premier restaurants such as Asolare, Paradiso, Chateau Bordeaux, Chloe and Bernard’s, Ten Tables and La Tapa.  Their passion, talent, creativity, and love are poured into every menu and guarantee the finest cuisine available in the Virgin Islands.

Gracious, Hospitable Staff
In an inherently transient field and on a small island like St John, it can be hard to retain quality personnel. St John Catering doesn’t experience this problem. All of our front and back of the house family are seasoned veterans that come by way of internal recommendations and are pooled from St John’s finest restaurants including but not limited to: ZoZo’s, Asolare, Waterfront Bistro and Chloe and Bernard’s.

Clean as a Whistle
You may have just hosted a huge party with tons of food and friends, but you’d never know it by looking at the place when we’re done.  We have a reputation for leaving venues as clean (or cleaner!) than we found them.  Our staff takes great care to respect the integrity of the kitchen and venue and promise to leave it sparkling clean.
