High & Low Season Minimum Rates
- Low Season Minimum Rates for St. John (July 16- October 31)
- On-Site Event Minimum: $525
- Deliveries Minimum: $325
- High Season Minimum Rates for St. John (November 1 – July 15)
- On-Site Event Minimum: $750
- Deliveries Minimum: $500
- All onsite events on St. Thomas have a minimum rate of $1125 year round plus transportation fees
- All events during the holiday period (Dec 17th – Jan 4th) carry a $1000min for on site, and $650 for delivery

This option allows for flexibility and creativity of menu, based on the freshest available ingredients at the time of your visit. When choosing this option please let us know your preferences for proteins, ethnic flavors, style of cuisine, chocoholics, etc. Premium items are welcome, but extraordinary requests may carry a market price tag.

For your comfort, we offer a variety of additional services including professional and attentive staff, full or limited bar, furniture and equipment rentals, china, glass and silverware rentals, luxurious upgrades and much more!
A Transportation fee of no less than $90 for In-Villa Chef Services may apply in addition to our regular rates to villas on the East End of St. John and those beyond Calabash Boom; locations on St. Thomas may be subject to a transportation fee of no less than $225. Reservations made less than 48 hours in advance may also be subject to a last-minute booking fee.
